Responsibilities:
? Assist Company in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
? Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
? Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
? Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
? Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
? Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the company Excellence System.
? Report relevant HR information to the Division..
? Work with the Group on contract administration on a daily basis and upcoming negotiations
? Ensure legal compliance.
? Support the manufacturing operation.
? Manage budget of direct, indirect, and temporary labor.
? Develops and directs implementation of company administration policies.
? Coaching and training of administration staff; assign the tasks and monitor the performance of administrative staff.
? Promoting culture of enterprise
? Manage document of company
? Establish the annual administrative budget, monitor and control the administrative expense within the assigned budget.
? Responsible for management of IT system
? Conduct administration relevant vender selection, quotation negotiation, performance monitoring and contract reviewing to control the expense, budget and service quality, including office supplies, air ticket agency and hotel, express, shuttle bus & car rental, company car insurance, working meal, etc.
? Purchase and maintenance of office furniture, equipments and cars.
? Responsible for office decoration, coordinate office relocation and assignment of office space, furniture and equipment.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree with related majors.
? Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment.
? A good knowledge of employment law.
? Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems.
? International mind set.
? Results orientation.
? Strong written and oral communications skills.
? Experience in a unionized environment.
? Understanding of lean manufacturing systems.
? Previous automotive experience.
? Proficient in English and KPI( Keep Performance Index) system is considered in advance.
? Age is under 35 Dragon lady.
? Responsible for the recruitment of the company.
